Toronto’s waterfront is on the move – upwards. Prebuild waterfront condo sales are now underway for new developments along the busy eastern stretch of the downtown harbour area, with iconic buildings transforming the skyline.

The city’s waterfront offers just about everything for the investor, as it continues to transform itself into a work-play-live destination. The recreational attributes of the area are many: running and biking trails, parks, boating and easy ferry access to Toronto Island. New Condos Rising on the East Bayfront

It is not just the east end of the waterfront that is being transformed. In recent years the area just east of the financial district, spreading over to the Don Valley, has seen changes. The Distillery District and Corktown are two new hubs, along with the Regent Park transformation.
